This year’s luncheon promises to be a momentous occasion as we welcome our distinguished guest speakers, Sister Celeste Trahan, Sister Hannah O’Donoghue, and Sister Rosanne Popp, M.D. from The Congregation of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word - Houston.

The Congregation of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word, founded in 1866 in response to a cholera epidemic in Texas, is dedicated to making the healing love of Jesus Christ tangible through service. From their earliest days operating the first Catholic hospital in Texas, the Sisters have remained at the forefront of healthcare innovation and compassion. Their legacy lives on not only through their sponsorship of CHRISTUS Health, which serves millions across the U.S. and Latin America, but also through their deep involvement with CHRISTUS Foundation for HealthCare. The Sisters are integral to our mission - serving as staff, guiding our outreach, and offering leadership on our Board. Their presence ensures that our programs reflect the same values of dignity, holistic healing, and spiritual care that have defined their ministry for over a century. Through the Foundation, their commitment to serving the most vulnerable continues to shape and inspire our work every day.
