Children Immunizations for children 2 months to 18 years:
† For children with NO INSURANCE, Medicaid or Under-insured
† Child Must be accompany by a parent or guardian
† Must bring child’s Immunization Record/Shot Record
† Appointments preferred but Walk-ins Welcome
