RELEASE OF LIABILITY: In consideration of my participation in the Nun Run Motorcycle Ride and other events of the day, I agree to waive my rights and claims for damages and attest that I am physically able to participate in the event. I hereby release and agree to hold harmless CHRISTUS Health, CHRISTUS Foundation for HealthCare, the Blue Knights International, the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word - Houston, JSC Space Riders, Christian Motorcyclists Association, Retreads, Topwater Grill, and their members, directors, officers, employees and agents from all liability, claims, damages, suits, expenses or other financial or legal responsibility for any personal injury, death or property damage which may result from the participation in the event. Furthermore, I assume all responsibility for any action I take while participating in the event. If I will be operating a motorcycle or other motor vehicle during the event, I agree that: a) I am appropriately licensed to operate the vehicle, b) I have liability insurance in effect in minimum amounts required by state law; and c) I will obey all traffic laws and regulations including speed limits, helmet requirements and passenger restraint laws. I give the Nun Run permission to publish or otherwise use my photo, likeness or image made during the event.
