Services Provided

Preventive Services: Breast Cancer Screening, Colon Cancer Screening, Pap Smears. Laboratory testing for anemia, diabetes, cholesterol.

Chronic disease control:  Diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, thyroid problems, gastritis, arthritis, asthma, anxiety, depression, liver and kidney problems.

Acute Disease control:  Urine infections, upper and lower respiratory infection, skin infections, minor injuries and muscle/joint

Specialty Care:  Dermatology, Podiatry, Immigration Physicals, Women’s Health. Adult and Children Immunizations, Nutrition counseling, Social Services, Mental Health Counseling
