SPRING LUNCHEON
Our Spring Luncheon event honors community leaders and raises funds for CHRISTUS Foundation for HealthCare’s programs. Previous guest speakers have included Regis Philbin, Bob Newhart, Nolan Ryan, David Robinson and more. The Legacy Award is presented during the event to recognize and honor those who have demonstrated commitment to continue the legacy of the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word by promoting health and welfare to people in need.
NUN RUN
Jump on your hog and join hundreds of other motorcyclists during CHRISTUS Foundation for HealthCare’s Nun Run. An annual fundraiser for CHRISTUS School Clinics, the Nun Run features a Blue Knights police-escorted motorcycle ride from Houston's East End to San Leon, where participants enjoy a finishing line party.
The Nun Run brings the best of motorcycles and community together to support keeping children healthy. Nuns from the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word – Houston, the founding order of CHRISTUS Foundation for HealthCare, annually participate in the run, many riding along with designated drivers.
