Bodies in Motion Summer Program

Join us for a month of fun at the Bodies in Motion Summer Program – June 1 through June 25!  Bodies and Motion is a low cost health program, only $20 per child. It’s designed for children entering 3^rd through 5^th grade and focuses on the importance of an active lifestyle and healthy eating.

The children will be taught full-body exercise activities and how to make and recognize healthy meals all under the watchful eyes of the Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants and Volunteers from Cristo Rey High School. Our games, exercise and activities help children build endurance, strength and flexibility and plant the seed for lifelong health and well-being.
