CHILDREN'S IMMUNIZATIONS & TETANUS VACCINES CLINIC: East Montgomery County Improvement District (EMCID)

Children Immunizations for children 2 months to 18 years: 

† For children with NO INSURANCE, Medicaid or

Under-insured (insurance does not pay for vaccines)

† No CHIP accepted

† Child Must be accompany by a parent or guardian

† Must bring child’s Immunization Record/Shot Record

† First come first served basis

Qualifications for the Tetanus vaccine:

• 21 years and older

• Have been in flood waters with open wound or cut
• And not had a tetanus or Tdap vaccine in 10years

The vaccines provided will be a (Tdap) a combination vaccine that covers Tetanus, diphteria and pretussis

Requisitos para recibir la vacuna del Tetanus:

• Tener 21 años en adelante
• Haber estado expuesto a aguas de inundacion  con una herida o cortada
• No tener la vacuna del  tetanus o Tdap en 10 años                                               La vacuna proporcionada sera (Tdap) una combinacion que cubre Tetanus, difteria y tos ferina.
