CHILDREN'S IMMUNIZATIONS & BACK TO SCHOOL BASH: St. Austin Center
July 22, 2017—10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Children Immunizations for children 2 months to 18 years:
† For children with NO INSURANCE, Medicaid or
† Under-insured (insurance does not pay for vaccines)
† No CHIP accepted
† Child Must be accompany by a parent or guardian
† Must bring child’s Immunization Record/Shot Record
† First 50 children
Free Sports Physicals and Free Backpacks will be offered as well.
