For many Houstonians, CHRISTUS St. Mary's Clinic provides the critical primary healthcare they would be unable to access elsewhere. 

Our goal this Giving Tuesday is $12,000 to purchase a new commercial-grade immunizations refrigerator, a new EKG machine, and two vital signs monitors. Without access to this important equipment, heart issues cannot be detected, high blood pressure cannot be diagnosed, and life-saving vaccines cannot be administered. With the average cost of an ER visit at $620 for a minor illness, St. Mary's Clinic is reducing the financial burden to patients and hospitals. Last fiscal year, the Clinic had 29,121 primary care visits which would equate to over $18 million in ER visits.
